my ex had bought me a quartz,he was an very abusive and controlling man. About 2 yrs after I left him I put it on within an hour my whole character changed I had head aches and felt like i was going to have a break down,Icould'nt understand it.My girlfreind asked me what I had done different the only thing I could think off was the necklace,she told me to take it off and bury it.Within about 2 hrs i felt completely normal again.
