Incredibly Serene and Calming

It was my first visit to Glastonbury (the village not the music festival). It has a lot of shops that for me give out the wrong vibe and I had become quite visibly anxious about going into any more shops. My friend was set on purchasing a new pendant and I too had that as an aim. We were getting towards the top of the hill where the shops run out when we entered a shop selling stones, crystals and curios. The immediate effect of walking in the shop was a tremendous air of calm. I visibly relaxed and shed my anxieties. I was drawn to a display of pink stoned pendants, it was a massive display and as I got closer to it, the air of calm increased. It was a display of rose quartz jewellery and stones. I knew there and then that rose quartz was the stone for me and without hesitation purchased a pendant. I ended my trip in a buoyant and positive mood and no longer intimidated by the questionable motives of the other shop owners. |
