Fire agate is a type of Chalcedony. Fire agate is a more precious agate when compared to the other different agates and some of the best in the world comes from Mexico

Fire Agate has inclusions of reddish to gold/brown hematite that give an internal iridescence to polished stones that often look like gold bubbles under the brown surface.
