What is Chrysocolla
Chrysocolla usually comes in green to blue hues. Chrysocolla is commonly mistaken for Turquoise. It is often found to be too porous for gem use but higher quality stone have been found suitable.
Interesting Facts:
Chrysocolla comes from the Greek chrysos meaning "gold", and kolla meaning "glue", referencing to the name of the material used to solder gold.
